Dr Ray Yong is an Australian trained surgeon and a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He studied at The University of Melbourne Medical School on a scholarship and graduated in 2003. He was accepted into surgical training immediately after his internship. He undertook surgical training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and the Austin Hospital.
